Targets: General Purpose

The eCOG16E01 is a high performance 16-bit microcontroller based on the CyCore CPU with 64-kbytes of Flash and 8-kbytes of SRAM. It was designed for low cost, small size and efficient instruction set, with a set of common peripheral functions. It is capable of 50 MHz at 1.8V operation with a power consumption of 0.66 mW/MHz. A low cost development kit is available. Package options are 68 QFN and 48 TQFP.
