NXP LPC1800 Block Diagram

The LPC1800 series Cortex-M3 microcontroller uses NXP's proprietary low-power 90nm process. The LPC1800 is a high performance Cortex-M3 available at 150MHz with up to 1-Mbytes of Flash and 200-kbytes of SRAM. The new dual-bank flash architecture provides safe in-application programming (IAP) of application code. Upward-compatible with the LPC1700 series, the LPC1800 has a peripheral set that includes two High-speed USB 2.0 interfaces with on-chip PHY. The LPC1800 features code execution (XiP) from the quad lane SPI Flash Interface at 80 MHz. The LPC1800 also provides a pin compatible migration path with NXP's Cortex-M4 series.
