Targeting applications that demand low voltage, high integration, and low cost, the one-time programmable LPC700 family uses a 6-clock 80C51 that executes instructions at twice the rate of the standard 80C51. To reduce component count, board space and system cost, the devices combine a system supervisory functions, serial interfaces, and analog options in SO, TSSOP and DIP packages.
